Although Jesus is our most precious belief, we often carry core beliefs about ourselves, others, and the world anchored in challenging past experiences - some going back to our childhood. These experiences can impact how we see ourselves, others, and even God. Left unexamined and unhealed, they can keep us from showing up in life the way we want to.
